Well yes, but...


Let's be realistic. In some weight classes there is ONE guy that is head and shoulders above others. Lee is such a person. You would much rather try and beat this guy in the finals than the semis or before. Of course you will have to beat them to win either way, but losing in finals means 2nd. Losing in semis or before means the best you can do is 3rd.
