According to the FSU softball message board on Warchant, the Seminoles softball team is dealing with multiple injuries.

Freshmen Jahni Kerr and Hallie Wacaser both have ACL injuries and are potentially out for the year. They were two huge components of an FSU recruiting class that was rated #1 in the country last year.

Kerr had been highly touted by Coach Alameda and had been ranked by Softball America as the #18 “Freshmen to Watch.”

Wacaser was the two-time Gatorade Player of the Year and played Pan AM games, leading the games with a .560 batting average.

And Chloe Culp, who hit .359 last season hasn't played at all this season and reportedly has been seen in the dugout in street clothes.

Of course, FSU has tremendous talent on their roster, and, of all teams, they may be able to absorb these losses. It may affect their depth, however.
