An update. My life has done a complete 180 since I gave up my addiction.


My health has skyrocketed. No more sleep apnea, loss of weight, mentally sharper and my wife says I look years younger. I can finally put my class ring back on my right hand ring finger which I haven't been able to do in years.

And speaking of MrsJKHokie...we're going to make it. She has seen the hard work, dedication and changes I have made.
