Really sorry to see us get blown off the court in a nationally televised ball game. Bad for morale, bad for recruiting, bad way to end a turnaround season. And there is plenty of blame to go around if you're trying to find some. Our girls were not prepared to play this game. They were awestruck by Baylor. They were the weaker team and the poorer coached team. They were completely taken out of whatever game they had planned to play and never got a chance to adjust. Why is that? I think Coach needs to hire an assistant who can coach defense. And he should hire a strength and conditioning coach to make us stronger and more formidable. And finally, we need to get tough. We need to learn how to push back without fouling and we need to be able to adjust on the go to whatever situation we get faced with. I love this team and am excited about the future. Way to go Lady Hokies!!
