Why is a company not allowed to require the vaccination as a


loss prevention technique?

The point is all moot right now because it's not FDA approved, they're all operating under a EUA. But once they become FDA approved, there's lots of precedent to require people to have the vaccine in order to be offered employment. The justice system has already spoken.

It's legal to smoke marijuana in Colorado but companies in Colorado can still require you to be drug free to be employed and to prove it.

My company is already looking at it after they had 2 separate manufacturing plants almost shut down due to COVID related absences.
