Please be honest. You are certainly are entitled to your opinion, but it boggles my mind when we talk about players quitting. Caleb Farley's coach nearly quit before the season started. Speaking of the season, it was a mish mash of BS put together with scotch tape and string by the P5 conferences and the NCAA, so he didn't miss much.

Speaking from personal experience I quit every job I had no use for, and I discarded every mentor that I outgrew. Yeah....many were pissed, but if you've outgrown your environment you need to move on. Loyalty is overrated. Nine times out of ten if you show me a loyal man, I'll show you a man that is probably being taken advantage of by someone else. We are all replaceable. I only have issues with players that don't put in the work when they are actually here. In Farley's case it was simply not a good business decision. But...I understand wanting him to stay.

I wanted Farley to stay as well. But I think we get a bit silly when we expect kids that have first round potential to stick around. But...I'll play along as a hypothetical. What if a player we like that had a whole lot of heart, that was loved by all of us was a guaranteed first round draft pick. I'll pick fan favorite Michael Brewer. I personally like the guy. However, does anyone think he would have stayed if he was projected as a first rounder?
