This guy is not a "team player" ...

I can see he's the engineer in the meeting, explaining why things can't be done and management telling him he's not a team player. Some other person pipes up "I can do it" all the heads turn to him. He gets promoted immediately, gets all the resources and six months later moves on to another position in upper management now without anything getting accomplished. Job gets left to the first guy who then gets blamed for not finishing the "vision" of the 2nd guy. Yeah, I'm bitter.

PS Had to laugh at the illustration of sand, most 6 yo kids know that having built sand castles.
