We are just a bit off balance right now. Waving and lunging at outside pitches, jammed on inside pitches and just impatient as a whole. Bennett doing well as she has a special skill set.

Really missing Fagan in the lineup. Her absence is forcing CPD to juggle the lineup a bit. Hoping she gets back soon.

Some of our off-balanceness (is that a word?) Is because we"re pressing a bit and some of it is because we are facing good pitching and multiple pitchers per game leading to us not being able zero in on what a pitcher is doing.

My advice (not that it is worth the ether that this is written in)? Start stepping to the outside pitch, be more patient and stop chasing.

As an aside, after the past few away series, I really appreciate the even-handedness of our broadcast team in Blacksburg. No real homerism and they have a knowledge of the game.
