I ended up in Florida and landed a great job. I was around some people much smarter than me and they told me to start writing my goals down at the beginning of each year. So I would write down a list 1-5 for personal growth, financial growth, spiritual growth, etc. I didn't list personal or financial over one another, just a 1-5 in each category, then devised a plan to improve each.

I was also able to create secondary income stream while working for this company, so i set a little aside in savings and invested some into the market (with a goal in mind), i took ALL of my first stimulus and put it in the market, it was a calculated risk, but i had a good paying job where I was able to do that.

I think it was a lot of self-belief and hard work.....coming up with goals, 1 month goals, 6 months goals, 1 year goals and 5 year goals.... I jokingly called it my 5 year plan... I am 4 years and 3 months into it.
