He wants the opportunity to play PG, his dad said as much in his interview


MY was never going to play Cone at that spot because VT is trying to win games today, not develop new skills in guys to win in the future. Realistically his only shot at the NBA is at PG so he needs that experience to make it.

He'd get more exposure at point guard playing for any other team than VT, where he would never get the chance. He'll also be on TV more in the B1G or Big 12 than playing for VT is last year was any indication given we were on the ACCN for 95% of our games.
