That kind of policy seems totally unreasonable and out of line with the spirit of how things have always operated. Especially the bit about patrolling the perimeter to prevent folks from watching out there. That seems punitive, by intent.
Surprised to see it by NCSt but probably at the coach’s discretion. I would bet a lot of dough on that.
