I really think teachers will soon be automated out of existence

They are a lightening rod for scandal, they are extremely political, parents hate them, and let’s face it....there is no group that has been a bigger bunch of wussies regarding Covid. There is no evidence I know of regarding transmission from 11 year olds to adults. Photos of them teaching from Hawaii have not engendered respect.

School from home has proven difficult on parents especially, but imagine your kid when to school and sat in 7th grade history and one teacher was teaching 10,000 kids at once with most connect being canned, delivered over the computer.

All the money saved on teacher salaries could be used on world class facilities and infrastructure, and people who actually manage the kid’s K though 12 progression holistically.

Teachers are gonna get hit with a brick to the face soon. Change can be painful.
