I'm going with Don Kirshner. I'm a huge Kansas fan ...

... and "Rock Concert" was what generated their big break. Same with a lot of other bands of that era, I'm sure. So I'd call Kirshner a mover and shaker. If we're considering "admin" or "production" or "influence" types in the music world, then Kirshner is fair game.
