Buzz and Greenberg were a lot alike, not exactly people persons


Great basketball knowledge and strategists. Treated the press like enemies of the program. Relied on a certain few in their rotations. Put up with others in the athletic department, but not really close with others. Both wanted to try to engage student fan involvement.

I had worked with both Greenberg and Buzz involving their summer camps and unfortunately I left VT before Young arrived. Maybe it's a shaved head type of thing. Hopefully Young keeps what little hair he has left without shaving it all off.
