Same here. It's a great concept, looks cool, and keeps us in Cassell

long term. I was never a fan of proposals to scrap the Cassell and build a new arena elsewhere. It's a fantastic venue to see a game, centrally located right on campus, intimidates opponents, and is just the right size for our program. I'd hate to see us move into some stale corporate behemoth coliseum way off campus. That would kill what makes VT basketball fun, IHMO.

That said, Cassell is in need of some upgrades. In my mind, they've struck the right balance with this project. This will set us up for decades to come.
