...all that blather about equity means? It means they are trying to restructure (parts, at least of) the curriculum to help students who don't jump out of the gate in elementary school as math wizards.

None of the proposal has to go away, you realize? Just the nonsense about holding back the more proficient kids and preventing them from moving faster or taking advanced courses.
