That is how my son mows my lawn

My wife keeps saying I should be paying him....I keep saying I will once he does a job worth paying for. Always have to go behind him and show him all the places he missed.

He's 14 and doesn't want to leave his room. A few years ago, he paid me $75 so he didn't have to rake the leaves in the backyard. I took that money, raked the leaves with his sister, and then, in front of him, gave her a hard earned $50 to spend at Target that afternoon. I think he would of learned a lesson there but the kid still had over $500 in cash lying around. He has asked for cash for birthdays and Christmas from his grandparents for years and doesn't spend it often.
