Identifying and then actually getting them to come are 2 different things

Yeah, everybody identified Justin Fields and Trevor Lawrence so identifying is not such a big deal. Finding one that can turn out somewhat like those 2 while the blue bloods don't get on them and snatch them up is something else.

How many of those did you see in the recent draft? So if there are only a handful of these type out there, then what is your expectation for any VT coach to keep one in the VT pipeline at all
or most of the time?

It is easy to say it is the coaches job to find and develop but it's not like picking apples off a laden tree, selecting what you want and culling the rest. They simply don't appear to be there and no coach can make a Trevor Lawrence or Justin Fields out of a HH or RW.
