Right you are. I actually paid $210K for it in '89. So, lost $30K in that

transaction. I may be the only person who lost money on real estate in Calif. Picked the wrong time to invest:( The way RE was going, I planned to hold it 3 yrs and make a few K. Right at the time RE started to take a dive. Chicken me had had enough at that point.
