To be fair...Hokiepro is merely saying what most of us are thinking, but not always putting out there. The majority of us are starving to have VT win a National Championship in “ANY” team sport. So to see a team start well with so much promise and then struggle towards the end of the season, is extremely frustrating for everyone. I was at the BCS National Championship game in 1999 against FSU and we were 15 minutes away from winning our first team championship, even though we only had a 1-point lead. To see it all come crashing down in the 4th quarter and see FSU pull away, was extremely depressing. I’ll admit that...
