Or at least that was the plan before the nuke timeline got forwarded by 24 hours.

And I looked it up. $200 million in $100 bills would weigh 4,404 lbs. Not ridiculous to move a million at a time (22.02 lbs), but yeah it's still going to exceed the carrying capacity of that chopper.
