I'm either much smarter or much dumber than the football experts

I never saw anything special about Ryan Leaf. Any QB who jumps to the top of the draft chart based on one good college season always makes me nervous. Maybe they'll be great, maybe they'll be a bust. But they are hardly as close to a sure thing as he was billed.

Granted, I'm hardly perfect at predicting NFL success myself. I thought Chris Weinke and Matt Leinart would do better in the NFL than they did.
