Depends. IMO, the magic numbers are 6 and 8 for this year

6 wins or fewer and hes gone. 8 or more and hes back. 7 depends largely on other circumstances and feeling about the program. There may be some scenarios where 6-6 leads to a return too, but it would take a lot.
