Our Vet since the pandemic started that you call the office when you get

there and they send someone out to your car to get Rover and when the visit is over they call you on your cell to get payment and then bring your cat or dog back to your car. The vet will also call you to advise you of any issues or answer any questions. I like this method since I too have issues with folks who can't manage their pet in a public place.
