One of the things my dad taught me about investing that always stuck with

respect to Buy Low/Sell High is how to read charts and the interaction between stock price, its moving average, and Bollinger bands. It's not 100%, of course, but you can usually notice trends, when to buy, what to bid, and when to sell. I'm trying to keep a pretty balanced portfolio and I really like dividend stocks.
