I think they'd have to be stealing from some other conference

Big 12 has some affiliate members that would make some geographic sense: Wyoming, Utah Valley, Northern Colorado, Air Force...no clue if they could "easily" add any of those...not sure what they'd be selling as an advantage over Big 12

It'd be cool to see some new programs start up, but that seems pretty unlikely
