On my tundra there's a short wiring harness for my trailer lights

Connection to my trucks wiring. The dealership has the part for a ridiculous $300. I bought it aftermarket for 30. How does Toyota justify this in a business sense? Do they make enough money off the small number of people that might buy the part to justify the higher price?
