You don't think if Etute was tricked into thinking the victim was a female and engaged in a sexual act with the victim under that pretense, that manipulation isn't a form of sexual assault? How do you know they had a relationship, you don't know anything other than what is reported and neither do I. The victim did have a fake female Identity who was in her 20's, there was a facebook page I saw which has been since taken down by the police I assume. Its perfectly reasonable Etute never knew til the night of the victim's death that he was a male. He may have brought his friends to get a favor as well if the victim said that was something "she" would be interested in. I never said he should go unpunished, but if he was tricked by the victim I don't think his life should be ruined for reacting in the manner he did.
