Sometimes, your local forestry extension agent will do this for free

Call the state extension service and ask questions. Also make sure you are marking the trees they are going to harvest in advance. Personally, I'd hire a consulting forester to advise you and blind bid the sale. They will also be there when they harvest to make sure you don't get screwed.
