It is a rather odd culture. Lots of 'under the radar' things go on that . .


might not necessarily happen if the sport were more in the spotlight. AD's seem tolerate low coaching competence as long as nothing untoward happens. On the other hand, if 'something' does come up there's often a quick hook. Losing is OK but just don't create in any bad 'pub'.
