Solid pickup. Good, not great currently but with a high ceiling. He is closer to 6'2 than the 6'4 listed, but he has very long arms like Joe Bamisile that will make him play taller than what he is (especially defensively).

Very good shooter...in terms of ranking him among the class I would put him below Rice, Nickel and Taylor in that department but certainly above Ward, and maybe above Batchelor.

I would compare him to a long-armed version of Naheim Alleyne, with more upside defensively due to the long arms.

I can see why you would take him with this class given what we know now about Radford. You certainly wouldnt take him if it meant missing out on Rice, Ward, Nickel, Corhen, etc.

Overall I would have him just outside the top 10 on VTs board, but I dont hate the pickup, he definitely fits the mold. My only downgrade on the commitment is "could VT have someone better?" given the number of players I see as better at the moment who VT is positioned pretty well for.

Kudos to him though for recognizing that a door may be closing to one of his favorites and hopping on the boat.

I do see he and Rice being able to play together and I see both being able to handle PG duties on either end of the floor. And with Rice's size and Collins's length, I could see either one of them defending wings and playing off the ball too.
