My company literally just built brand new HQ, refurbished adjacent building

We all lost our offices for cubes, and worked in them about 2 months before bugging out in March 2020. Now we go back 2-3 days a week starting in Sept. Almost no one wants to return except execs and brown nosers. I keep sending articles to HR execs with data showing being in the office does not increase collaboration. But the CEO can’t be CEO without directing people (during COVID, execs have been out of sight, out of mind, while we all work), so back we go. Might not make it to end of the year.
