She said 54% of our population has been vaccinated. Why no discussion about

The percentage of the population that’s already had COVID? Wether that means they are a part of the herd or not a part of the herd? She claims vaccinated people are a least, less at risk to the new variant but what about the people who’ve had COVID. Is their risk changed one way or the other by this new variant?
