FWIW, in his one live action last year (Clemson) he didn't look intimidated


There just aren't many data points on Knox, as we've only seen him in one game. But he came in cold off the bench, fairly unexpectedly, against a very tough Clemson team last year and didn't look overwhelmed. IIRC he had a stellar record at a very good HS in Georgia too, so the guy knows how to win. He's just somewhat limited from a size/athleticism standpoint, compared to other QBs on our roster.

Is he a full-time starter at this level? Probably not. Do I feel comfortable having him come off the bench as a backup? Absolutely. He can do the job.
