Not that different from last year


They bent over backwards to reschedule games but all were within the (then) 17 week framework of the season. There were games on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, bye weeks were rearranged, etc.

All they are doing is saying in advance that they won't play an extra week. Last year they said they might but they bent over backwards and barely managed to avoid having to do it.
