After picking up MDU and Rutsgers, not sure the B1X wants to add another...

...albatross, even if it gets them higher cable fees. The SEC isn't going to add Louisville because they already have the flagship university in Kentucky.

Now the B1X may go after Pitt, but not sure if PSU wants them in their conference. If Pitt or anyone else left, that would immediately open the door for WVU. No matter what they say, WVU really wants ACC membership. They are tired of sending their non-revenue teams 1,000 miles every week to compete.

Lets just say we live in very interesting times...
