First and foremost VT needs to want to change or else none of that works


Nobody at VT has ever shown the faintest interest in getting better at marketing and running the school like a business. As a UNC grad, that school and athletic department is absolutely run like a business.

The one thing we can do right now is focus on getting into the AAU, if bad schools like Kansas and Iowa St can be in why can't we?

We can also fix a lot of the "hype" issues by hiring lots of entry level kids looking to push the status quo but that requires administrative buy in which is notoriously slow in higher ed.
