Sorry....meant to reply to this post when you asked, but


wanted to be careful, plus I was out of town. Nothing changed his mind, he ended up getting pretty much what he was looking for. The Angels saved on their other picks and put it all towards his target vicinity. It was pretty much an unprecedented number for his draft pick number (although he was a much higher pick (talent and projection wise) than the 12th round.....for the money he got, he did the right thing. Their front office designed a perfect draft scenario for them........you won't see that done to often......
