I glanced at the recommended roasts for each.


Brazil - medium to dark roast.
Costa Rica - medium to dark roast.
Ethiopian - light roast.
Sumatran - medium to dark roast.

Generally I prefer a medium roast, but I will start with the recommended. I use a Fresh Roast sr540.
