We are currently enjoying the benefits of a real estate up cycle! While the robust economy plays a role with the increasing values and demand, it is also relevant to the types of property that we have. We are all equally responsible for the quality of our community. Our governing documents allow us to continue to maintain a high standard. The choices that are made have an impact on EVERY property owner's potential value. Based on a recent review of the properties within the subdivision, the Board is aware of several violations. The most common violations include, (but are not limited to):

1. Fences that are non-compliant (based on property line locations)
2. Trash cans visible from the street side of the property
3. Non-ARC approved structures within/on property
4. Yards not being maintained to covenant standards
5. Cars parked in the roadways overnight or blocking sidewalks
6. Unattended guests and/or non-residents using our facilities (pool, basketball, and tennis courts)
7. Nonpayment of annual fees

Please review the covenants on our web portal to familiarize yourself with the governing documents. Consider this a friendly reminder, that will help all of us to continue to see improving property values. Your effort to do your part is appreciated.
