thanks for expla/info. never heard o TBT. "anounced score/elim exc fouls"

sounds like a very reasonable idea to eliminate 'end-game gymnastics' that nba and college have stooped to. neither would accept that "announced score" formula. but i would like to see both eliminate the excessive fouls coming down the home stretch.
