I agree it's hard to do an apples to apples schedule comparison...

but 2 of the league wins WITH Radford were against 2 of the same teams we beat without him (Miami and ND). However, the wins against those teams sans Radford were on the road, which is much tougher than winning at home. Of the other wins with Radford, 2 were against the worst team in the league (Wake). The other two were both solid- Duke and Clemson (both at home).

Again, I'm not minimizing Radford's contributions, but I don't think his absence will cost 5 games this year, and don't think it would have last year either had his suspension occurred earlier.
