You're right, RJ. But, the SEC won't mind the egg if the money

materializes. Discovery can be a laborious process, which will take time, and plays in the favor of ESPN and the SEC. The whole time discovery is being conducted by all parties, the SEC and ESPN will continue to push for approval of a new CFP. The question becomes, can the parties other than the SEC and ESPN hang tough together until the egg begins to fry.
