FWIW, I e-mailed a contact in the ticket office yesterday asking . . .

when the lots will be open for the UNC game and got this response:

Hi Kip,

Parking lots will be opening at 3pm on Friday Sept 3rd for the UNC game.

We look forward to seeing you in Lane Stadium!
