The physical gifts seem to be the difference. So many of the kids have incredible skills but their bodies won't quite get them there.

My son has a classmate.. super smart/skilled white kid who is 2024. I thought his ceiling was possibly low D1 bc of size/speed and that 6' tall would be his peak. He is now 6'3" and VT will be recruiting him by next summer, at latest. They are already on some of his peers. 3 or 4" for a skill position is a really big deal.
