I didn't realize that VT just switched to them. Why, I'll never know- other than I'm sure that, like in most cases where they get a contract, it was simply that they submitted the cheapest bid.

No surprise that the concession stands weren't adequately staffed- the word is out on that company. If you're interested, just do a Google search on Aramark, there are tons of links/articles illustrating just how bad they are both as an employer and a supplier. VT could have, and should have, done better.
