CHANGE a tire?? You mean do it YOURSELF.. Really??->
J/K....actually I was probably about 12 when my dad showed me when he was rotating the tires on our car.
I'm guessing I changed my own tire around 17. It had been MANY years until a year ago when I got a flat on 95. Fortunately I was near a rest area and indicator said it was low. I pulled in and by then, it was flat..Hardest part was finding the key to unlock the locking lug-nuts.. In bottom of wheel well in tool kit. That plus I was in a suit..that never helps...
Now I have run flats. I actually tried to order my car with regular tires, but it wasn't an option . I actually did order a spare (extra cost). Run flats are supposed to run a good 60 miles..OK, so I'm in Blacksburg at a game. I come out and my run flat is shot.. A run flat will NOT get me to Richmond, so I bought a spare when I ordered my new car.....
