Well, I’ve been to quite a few VT/WVU football games in Morgantown.

We never really had that much trouble until the last two.....2003 (Wed night game) and 2005, and 2005 wasn’t that bad for us. As with most away game venues there’s safety in numbers (not being/sitting by yourself in the midst of home team fans) and also by not being an asshole/drunk, etc. 2017 at FedEx was fine but that wasn’t at Morgantown.

I’ve heard they’ve cleaned up their act, but it’s been 16 years since I’ve been there.
