Interesting. Would make interesting investigation for someone like Bitter.

Regardless of what he actually did, it would be interesting to know:

1. Was he on the athletic department payroll?
2. If not, why was he on the floor? Whit OK with that?
3. If not paid by VT do we assume he was paid by Buzz?
