That's what happened with our last power vacuum head. I didn't realize

that the hair was tangled so bad that it was preventing the cylinder from turning and the motor blew out.

My replacement has an easily removable brushing rotor cylinder....but even with easy removal, you still spend the time unravelling all that hair.
